    Location:  Orlando Regional Medical Center

    52 W Underwood St, Orlando, FL 32806

Talent management and succession planning are important to the successful operation of every organization. Together, they constitute a systematic process for preparing people to meet an organization’s needs for talent over time. They are designed to ensure the continued effective performance of an organization by developing employees at all levels, while paying particular attention to the identification and training of high-potential candidates for managerial or leadership positions.

Talent management and succession planning enable an organization to meet its needs for leadership by assessing the competencies required for key positions, nurturing and developing the talents needed to fill those positions, and implementing procedures and protocols for managerial and leadership replacement when it becomes necessary.

In this live session, you will have an opportunity to build a business profit plan to avoid wasting your time, money, and dreams. You will also craft and tell stories that attract and hook people to your business, and learn and practice comedic techniques to enhance your training delivery. Finally, you will develop original jokes, employ absurdity, and drop one liners that close deals and drive higher profit margin sales.

Join us for the only one-of-its-kind workshop for launching and growing the training business of your dreams.

    Learning Objectives

At the end of this program, you will be able to:

    1. Assess the viability of your business and / or product idea before investing time, money, and resources
    2. Develop the profile of your best (paying) customer in a matter of minutes
    3. Utilize the ultimate content marketing toolkit to create content that positions you as THE authority in your specific niche
    4. Deliver training like a master by crafting original jokes, dropping one liners, & engaging audiences on the fly using time-tested techniques of professional comedians

    Our Presenters: Sardek Love

Like you, global leadership, training, and management consulting expert Sardèk Love always dreamed of building an internationally sought after training and consulting business.

With nearly a decade of globetrotting experience equipping thousands of people in over 25 countries to believe, achieve, and succeed, Sardèk used those questions as the springboard for launching and growing a profitable international consulting and training business. Unlike almost all independent trainers and consultants, not only did he find the proven system for business success, Sardèk shows you exactly what do to and when to do it.

As one of only eight people in the world authorized to teach the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master TrainerTM designation course, Sardèk develops and equips the best and brightest in the entire training and consulting industry.

As a thought-leader, Sardèk’s contributions to the disciplines of education, management, leadership, and training are wide, vast, and ongoing. He is a former President of the Virginia Tech College of Human Sciences Alumni Association. He has the rather rare experience of being elected President of two different ATD chapters. Even rarer, he is a two time and an award winning member of the prestigious ATD National Advisors for Chapters (NAC) as he and his fellow NAC were awarded the 2003 Staff Partnership Award by Tony Bingham, ATD’s CEO. And he currently serves as a member of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) Graduate Instructional Systems Development Board.

    Geoff Woliner

Like you, Geoff also spent the majority of his life working for other people. Then, on one fine August afternoon, he said, "Enough! It's time to set my own 80 hour a week schedule!".

There were many questions about this idea: Will people take a comedian seriously in a corporate setting? Is the idea of stand-up comedy as an effective means of communication too far outside the box? Will, "Stick around for the 9:30 show and try the veal" work for a Fortune 500 executive?

Geoff used these questions to create the framework of his company, Winning Wit, and, over time, turn it into a cutting-edge, profitable business. Unlike many other communications consultants who try to turn you into them, Geoff uses his experience on stage to help you become a more dynamic you.

Recognized by Kentucky Bride Magazine, WTOP Radio and several other outlets as a leader in comedic speechwriting and coaching, Geoff has worked with CEO's, law firms, entrepreneurs, private groups and individuals across every industry to help them successfully tell their stories to the world.

Geoff works with the absolute best and brightest entrepreneurs to help them become the star of the show every time they enter the room. And having worked as the National Chapter Manager for ATD, he has a deep understanding of the L&D landscape and a passion for helping professionals in this industry thrive. Most of all, Geoff operates on one core principle:

    Your success is his success.

Igniting the Inner Fire: Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4

    January 19, 2017

Training is still “on trial,” charged with incurring expenses in excess of the value it provides to the organization.

Training must reinvent itself and transcend the classroom. Attend this hands-on workshop to learn tactics for building programs and initiatives that enhance on-the-job performance and impact the bottom line.

The information and activities included in this workshop focus on specific tactics at Levels 3 and 4. You will learn ideas that all professionals can implement in their own organizations.

Whether you are new to learning and development or an industry veteran, this workshop will teach you the newest and most powerful ways to implement the four levels, directly from the creators of the Kirkpatrick Model.

After this session, you will be able to:

    • Define the true desired result for any program or initiative
    • Determine specific tactics to influence on-the-job behavior for a program or initiative
    • Integrate elements that enhance on-the-job behavior and bottom-line results into a program planning process

Click here for more details on the program.
